Purpose/Statement of CSSC Elite Academy Program:

(The CSSC Elite Academy is for players U8 - U10)

The EAP will be participating in 6 matches in the Birmingham Developmental League.

The EAP is designed to help the player enhance their technical skills, tactical understanding, physical development and psychological compatibility, to be able to play at the next level of competition through advanced training with professional coaching.  Players will be placed in an environment focused on individual and complete player development, and not just a single win or loss.  The goal of the EAP is to develop the player completely.  This will be achieved by a fun, age appropriate curriculum.  The EAP provides a means to develop players psychologically in order for them to be able to compete with energy, drive and work ethic as well as the ability to play with respect to the spirit of the game upon graduation from the Program.  All EAP Players will grow in confidence and technical ability due to the Curriculum’s focus on providing a level of success and fun to each player.

 

            The Academy is designed to support & assist the dedicated soccer player by providing them with focused training on the four pillars of soccer (Technique, Tactics, Physical, Psychological). Our philosophy will be to provide age and developmentally appropriate training and instruction in an environment that fosters individual player development and promotes the enjoyment and sportsmanship of the game.

 

            In the EAP age groups, the goal is to develop players, and teach them the skills they will need to continue their enjoyment of the game, and maybe even play at higher levels, if the player chooses to.  The focus is not on team wins and losses, but on the complete development of the individual player.

 

            The EAP’s MAIN goal, is to make sure that each player has FUN, and falls in love with the worlds favorite game, Soccer.

EAP Pricing

The EAP is price affordably at $69.00 per season.

With this you will receive an Academy shirt, pay for referrees of any games the Academy team may play.
The player will receive additional training throughout the season, specialized to their needs and focused on
their individual technical development.  Coach Tom will meet with you to discuss the players needs throughout
the season, and provide you with a developmental plan for the player.
